Taking time to slow down

It’s easy for me to get caught up in my business and housework.  I would like to thank my daughter for reminding me how important the simple things in life can be.  We spent all afternoon spinning in circles, racing around the house, and exploring nature.  It was a perfect afternoon.  It felt good just to slow down.
